Loida E. Bonney, MD, MPH



Loida E. Bonney, MD, MPH

who describes herself as "a physician, mother, wife and daughter", is a Board Certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician with advanced training in public health. She is originally from New York City and holds degrees from places such as Johns Hopkins, and Columbia University. For the past 5 years, her professional time has been mainly split between her work caring for HIV positive women and research exploring minority women’s use of primary care services. As an assistant professor of medicine at Emory University, Dr. Bonney has supervised students and medical residents in primary care clinic and the general internal medicine inpatient wards. She enjoys boot-camp style physical fitness routines, running, and spending time outdoors with her toddler son. Dr. Bonney is excited to join our practice and will be accepting patients ages 15 and above.




Betsy Horton, MD

is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

A 1994 graduate of Mercer University of

Medicine, she did both her internship and residency

at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta. She is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Community Medicine at Mercer University School of Medicine. Having grown up in the area, she began her practice in Fayetteville, in 1998. She co-sponsors the free Fayette Care Clinic where she also volunteers.

Dr. David Rowan

David Rowan, MD

Dr. David Rowan is from Macon, Georgia. He attended Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his residency in June 2013 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. Dr. Rowan has also worked as a chemist in Albany and Covington, Georgia. He and his wife, Sarah, have 2 beautiful daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family especially at outdoor parks.  Dr. Rowan feels privileged to live and work in the beautiful city of Fayetteville.



Rebecca Neely, PA-C

Rebecca Neely is a Board Certified Physician Assistant from Knoxville, TN. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry Molecular and Cellular Biology. Rebecca obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Degree at South College also in Knoxville, TN. She is very excited to begin practicing medicine in Fayetteville and experiencing all the area has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys attending Braves games, hiking and other outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
